State-of-the-art apartment building for people with disabilities coming to Scarborough

SCARBOROUGH (WGME) -- A state-of-the-art apartment building is coming to The Downs in Scarborough, designed for people with physical disabilities.

"Nod right to switch lights on," engineer Mitch Sturgeon said.

Sturgeon is one of 61 million Americans with a disability.
