Integrated is one of the three “i’s” of 3i HoME. We envision living options that are inclusive to ALL by providing residents with community based services. The benefits are many including enhanced health and well-being. Through the 3i HoME model, frequent hospitalizations and emergency department visits can be substantially reduced.

to comprehensively research and plan for our first project to be a truly integrated community-based living option. Your gift will allow individuals to strive to learn, work, play and socialize successfully in their local environment, all while enjoying the benefits of an active, engaged lifestyle.
